The CLEANING PUFF was handcrafted using 100% recovered materials collected during our Kahuku Beach cleanups. With a broom made from marine debris and a dustpan crafted from a recovered seashell, this cheerful pufferfish is a playful reminder to help keep our beaches and oceans clean.

Pufferfish play an important role in Hawaiʻi’s marine ecosystems, yet they’re often discarded after being accidentally caught because they aren’t commonly eaten. Releasing unwanted catch instead of leaving it behind gives these remarkable fish the chance to continue their role in keeping our oceans healthy.
